As an experienced photographer, you can take comfort in knowing I’ll provide a variety of details that I believe will help sell your home, while also providing high resolution images that will make your listing stand out.

 

↳ Will you stage the home?

 

With your permission, I will shift items around to clean up area and create an image that’s more appealing to the eye.

 

↳ Can you retouch or remove items later?

 

Absolutely. I’m skilled in both Lightroom & Photoshop.

 

↳ Can I be present while you shoot?

↳ Can you adjust the exposure and lighting in images?

 

Tungsten lighting is the worst (in my opinion). I love to incorporate natural light through my photography, therefore it’s likely we’ll arrange a time of day for me to come in when it’s at its best. However, should our schedules not work, I have a variety of external flash equipment that will create a smooth, even tone to the exposure. 

 

↳ What can I expect for a turn around?

 

I completely respect your client (or yourself) will want photos sent back quickly so you can get your listing set. You can expect your images delivered within 48 hours.
